Sam Vadasz-Chates is a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University. After graduating, Sam became a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, where he taught the course, Stress Management Tools. He also received a Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation from the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA.
Sam specializes in work with children and families regarding anxiety, depression, parent-child relationships, and behavior issues. His approach emphasizes building upon people’s strengths to assist them in developing greater self-awareness, self-management, compassion, and resiliency.
Sam is also a guitar player. He and his wife love to perform music for their baby daughter.
